It all comes down to this.

The Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles will battle for the Lombardi Trophy for the second time in three seasons when they clash in Super Bowl 59 on Sunday, Feb. 9, at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.

Harrison Butker connected on a 27-yard field goal in Super Bowl 57's final moments to give the Chiefs a 38-35 victory over the Eagles, helping Kansas City to its second title in four seasons, which it successfully defended last year against the San Francisco 49ers.

What will happen this time as Andy Reid's squad looks to become the first team in NFL history to win three consecutive Super Bowls? Let's get into our Super Bowl 59 predictions.

🏈 Super Bowl 59 Predictions

FINAL SCORE PICK: Chiefs 27, Eagles 24

Three points separated these franchises in Super Bowl 57, and I would be surprised if this contest weren't similarly decided in the final moments. Ultimately, it feels inevitable that the Chiefs prevail, as Patrick Mahomes always seems to do just enough to lead his team to victory.

Kansas City has played in 12 one-possession games this campaign, including the AFC Championship Game against the Buffalo Bills, and has won all of them. Andy Reid's squad manages the late-game moments better than anyone and has repeatedly proven it on this grandest of stages.

Super Bowl Spread Bet

Chiefs -1.5 (-110)

Betting on the Chiefs has become a relatively easy proposition in recent years. When they're sizable favorites laying more than a field goal, take the points with the underdog. When they're small favorites or underdogs, back Mahomes to prevail.

The numbers back it up. In the playoffs, Mahomes is 8-0 straight up (SU) and against the spread (ATS) as an underdog or favorite of less than three points. He is 17-3 SU in his postseason career, with the lone losses coming against Tom Brady (twice) and Joe Burrow.

Jalen Hurts has shown he can be in that elite group, but he's far less consistent than those two. The Philadelphia signal-caller was superb when these teams met in Super Bowl 57 and turned it on in the NFC Championship Game against Washington, but this offense has been bailed out by Saquon Barkley house calls a lot recently.

What happens if those don't come? What happens if the Eagles have to play catch up?

I don't trust Hurts as much as Mahomes in those situations, which isn't a criticism whatsoever. There's no current NFL quarterback I trust more than him to manage the game effectively. Sometimes, we have to acknowledge that we're watching a level of greatness we've never seen before, and that's the case here.

Until someone knocks the Chiefs from their throne, I will keep backing Mahomes in these spots. Back Kansas City to win a historic third consecutive Super Bowl as one of your best NFL bets today.

🏈 Super Bowl 59 Parlays

Top Parlay for Super Bowl 59 (+233)

Caesars Sportsbook • WAGER: 0.5 Units

  • Chiefs ML (-125)

  • Patrick Mahomes: Over 1.5 TD Passes (-170)

  • Travis Kelce: 6+ Receptions (-195)

My best Super Bowl parlay kicks off with the Chiefs to win. Kansas City has won three of the last five Super Bowls, including the previous two, and it feels inevitable that Patrick Mahomes and Co. will write themselves into the NFL record book with a third consecutive title.

If the Chiefs win, Mahomes will likely throw at least two touchdown passes. The three-time Super Bowl MVP has tossed multiple TD passes in his title triumphs, including a three-touchdown performance against the Eagles when these teams met two years ago.

I also like Kansas City tight end Travis Kelce to record at least six receptions. The 35-year-old has had six-plus receptions in all four of his previous Super Bowl appearances and has a good matchup against an Eagles defense that allowed Zach Ertz to make 11 catches in the NFC Championship Game. Philly’s defense is particularly strong on the outside, so Mahomes will likely try to work the middle of the field and find his favorite target early and often on Sunday.

We also have a special The Game Day Parlay at Caesars sportsbook:

Jalen Hurts to score a TD because the “tush push” is unstoppable.

Xavier Worthy to find the end zone because the rookie has come on strong.

Patrick Mahomes to throw two touchdowns with the Chiefs likely struggling to run the ball.

Dallas Goedert to rack up 40+ receiving yards since Kansas City gives up a lot of production to tight ends.

JuJu Smith-Schuster to get 30+ receiving yards because he’s starting to play more of a role in this offense.

Here’s a preview of some of our favorite Super Bowl 59 props:

Chiefs/Eagles: 1st Half Over 23.5 (-125) at DraftKings Sportsbook

While both the Chiefs and Eagles have terrific defenses, I like targeting the 1st half Over because we're getting below the key number of 24 at a reasonable (-125) price.

All that we need is a 14-10 score line at halftime to win this wager.

That's not much to ask in a game that will be played indoors.

When these teams met in Super Bowl 57, the halftime score was 24-14 for the Eagles, comfortably eclipsing this number.

Jalen Hurts: Over 26.5 Pass Attempts (-125) at Caesars Sportsbook

While Jalen Hurts has gone Under 26.5 pass attempts quite often lately, this is the game script to take the Over.

We're likely going to see a close game that comes down to the wire, as highlighted in the betting market with the Chiefs as 1.5-point favorites.

That means more pass attempts for Hurts, especially at the end of the game where we could see the Eagles try to play fast to kick a last-minute field goal.

The Chiefs allowed 33.2 pass attempts per game to opposing quarterbacks this season. Take a look at the game log of QB pass attempts vs Kansas City this year:

  • Josh Allen (2): 34

  • C.J. Stroud (2): 28

  • Bo Nix (2): 29

  • Russell Wilson: 37

  • C.J. Stroud (1): 39

  • Jameis Winston/Dorian Thompson-Robinson: 25/9

  • Justin Herbert (2): 30

  • Aidan O'Connell: 35

  • Bryce Young: 35

  • Josh Allen (1): 40

  • Bo Nix (1): 30

  • Baker Mayfield: 31

  • Gardner Minshew: 30

  • Brock Purdy: 31

  • Derek Carr/Jake Haener: 28/7

  • Justin Herbert (1): 27

  • Kirk Cousins: 29

  • Joe Burrow: 36

  • Lamar Jackson: 41

Each opposing team has combined for 27+ pass attempts against the Chiefs this year. The only time when a starting quarterback failed to hit this number vs Kansas City was when Jameis Winston was benched.

I’d play this up to 28.5.

🏈 Super Bowl 59 Halftime Show

The Super Bowl is the biggest television spectacle in the United States each year because it goes far beyond the game. Football fandom is an afterthought for many viewers, who prefer the comedy of the commercials and will be locked in for the must-see concert of the year: the Super Bowl Halftime Show.

Kendrick Lamar, fresh off winning five Grammys last weekend, will headline the halftime performance during Super Bowl 59, which will take place on Sunday, Feb. 9, at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.

The 37-year-old rapper has a lengthy library of hits and is regarded as one of the most influential performers of his generation.

Below, I'll discuss some songs I expect Kendrick Lamar to perform during the Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show and provide details of how to wager on Super Bowl Halftime Show prop bets.

Let’s make some predictions on the halftime show, taking a look at the setlist and additional surprise guests.

"Not Like Us"

The song responsible for Lamar's five recent Grammy victories, including Record of the Year and Song of the Year, will surely feature at some point.

But will it be the opener or the finale? Time will tell.

"HUMBLE."

This hit off the 2017 album "DAMN." is Lamar's most popular song on Spotify, earning nearly 2.5 billion plays on the audio streaming service.

"Money Trees"

Lamar has hinted that his performance will focus on storytelling, and "Money Trees" tells quite the story. It's also his third-most streamed song on Spotify and the highest from his second album: "Good Kid, M.A.A.D. City."

"Swimming Pools (Drank)"

I don't know if this 2012 hit from the same album will make the setlist, but it's a personal favorite of mine, so I'm hoping it does.
