Week 2 Recap + MNF Predictions ๐Ÿˆ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ“บ

A quick recap of everything that happened in Week 2, and then we can get into our MNF Predictions!

NFL Week 2 Betting Summary:

  • Overs: 12-1 ๐Ÿ”ฅ

  • Underdogs: 5-8 vs. ML ๐Ÿถ

  • Favorites: 5-8 ATS ๐Ÿค‘

  • Best Bet: Seahawks (+180) ML against the Lions

Ravens 27, Bengals 24

  • Baltimore: Lamar Jackson looks amazing in Todd Monkenโ€™s offense and finally has decent receivers. ๐Ÿ’จ

  • Cincinnati: The Bengals forgot how to play in the first two weeks. Donโ€™t worry, Joe Shiesty will correct it. ๐Ÿ…

Seahawks 37, Lions 31

  • Seattle: A very fun team to watch with so many offensive weapons and a quarterback that refuses to write back. โœ๏ธ

  • Detroit: The offense looks great behind Jared Goff. Now, they get to play the Falcons, Packers, Panthers, and the Bucs in their next four games. ๐Ÿฅต

Colts 31, Texans 20

  • Indianapolis: Anthony Richardson is a DAWG ๐Ÿถ rushing for 2 touchdowns but needs to be careful after suffering a concussion. Head coach Shane Steichen has a multi-dimensional offense despite limited weapons. ๐Ÿ”ซ

  • Houston: I would fight too if I was a Texans fan. ๐Ÿคฃ๐ŸฅŠ

Bucs 27, Bears 17

  • Chicago: How nervous are you about Justin Fields if you are a Bears fan? ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜ฌ

  • Tampa Bay: No one saw this one coming, but Baker Mayfield looks fantastic with the Bucs in a wide-open NFC South. ๐Ÿดโ€โ˜ ๏ธ #revengetour

Chiefs 17, Jaguars 9

  • Kansas City: Their defense almost looks better than their offense. ๐Ÿ™Œ Chris Jones had 1.5 sacks and Travis Kelce had a TD.

  • Jacksonville: Trevor Lawrence being sacked 6 times in 2 weeks is unacceptable. They NEED to get better up front. ๐Ÿ˜ค

Falcons 25, Packers 24

  • Atlanta: Their defense is LEGIT, and their young offensive weapons make this team a dark horse this season. ๐ŸŒญ

  • Green Bay: Tough loss, but fans should be very happy with how Jordan Love is playing. ๐Ÿง€

Bills 38, Raiders 10

  • Buffalo: Josh Allen is BAAACK! The run defense held Josh Jacobs to -2 yards after giving up 172 rushing yards to the Jets in Week 1. ๐Ÿฆฌ

  • Las Vegas: Not surprisingly, Davante Adams was the only bright spot for the Raiders.

Titans 27, Chargers 24

  • Tennessee: I am pretty sure Mike Vrabel could make that Bishop Sycamore team competitive in the NFL. ๐Ÿคฃ

  • Los Angeles: They have no pass defense. Last week, Tua Tagovailoa took advantage of it, throwing for 466 yards, and now Ryan Tannehill took advantage, throwing for 246 yards.

49ers 30, Rams 23

  • San Francisco: Their running game and defense are just too good. If Brock Purdy can avoid mistakes and make the easy plays, they will be very hard to beat.

  • Los Angeles: Puka Nacua had 15 catches for 147 yards. If the Rams can get Cooper Kupp healthy next month, they will have an elite receiver group for Matthew Stafford.

Giants 31, Cardinals 28

  • New York: Daniel Jones was incredible in that second-half Giants comeback. He went 17 of 21 for 259 yards and 2 passing TDs and added 8 rushes for 58 yards and another TD. ๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿฅต

  • Arizona: They are not as bad as we thought and have shown that they can be competitive in games. However, if they want Caleb Williams, they need to stop this immediately. ๐Ÿคฃ

Cowboys 30, Jets 10

  • Dallas: This might finally be the year for the Cowboys. The defense is the most dominant in the NFL with Micah Parsons leading the charge, and Dak Prescott looks much more comfortable this season. โญ๏ธ

  • New York: Well, it was fun while it lasted. ๐Ÿ“‰

Commanders 35, Broncos 33

  • Washington: This defense had six sacks on Russell Wilson. ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ This is a Commanders team that opposing teams should be worried about.

  • Denver: Russell Wilson is clearly an issue and Sean Payton might not be enough to fix it. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Dolphins 24, Patriots 17

  • Miami: This is a Super Bowl-winning offense if I have ever seen one. With Jalen Ramsey coming back in December, they might have a real shot. ๐Ÿ†๐Ÿฌ

  • New England: The Patriots are 0-2 for the first time since 2001. ๐Ÿคฏ
