Jimmy Butler and Shakira Are Dating?! 🤯 

Jimmy Butler is winning on and off the court. His incredible performance this postseason has caught the attention of many, even Shakira. Following the Heat’s game on Sunday, where Miami took a 3-0 lead over the Boston Celtics, the two began following each other on Instagram. While this usually wouldn’t cause any suspicions, I think it is noteworthy considering she only follows 160 people. To me, this seems a bit more than just a follow. 👀

Besides the 120+ NBA players who dated the Kardashians, it seems like we haven’t seen an NBA-celebrity couple in quite some time. This might just be the one that shakes up the NBA community.

The last good story I can remember is the whole Jimmy Butler and Rachel Nichols story from the bubble. Honestly, I think that this story was not discussed enough. If you do not know what I am talking about, here is everything you need to know.👇

In July 2020, NBA Insider Chris Haynes reported that a security guard had received a complaint about a loud thumping sound originating from a hotel room within the bubble's quarantine period. The guard approached Butler's room, and when he answered, he was visibly drenched in sweat, claiming that he had been dribbling a basketball. Allegedly, the incident occurred after the journalist had conducted an interview with Butler for ESPN.

Audio evidence from the NBA bubble also surfaced, indicating that Karl-Anthony Towns had knowledge of a potential connection between Jimmy Butler and Rachel Nichols. Given their history as former teammates, this further lends credibility to the speculation surrounding their relationship.

If this is true, and he is actually dating Shakira, Jimmy Butler would undoubtedly be my hero, and I can't think of a more compelling reason for him to secure an NBA championship ring.

Celtics vs Heat Predictions & Best Bets

The Boston Celtics looked like a team that was ready to pack it in through the first three games of the Eastern Conference Finals, but they finally came alive in their 116-99 win over the Miami Heat in Game 4.

With the Heat up 3-1, the series returns to Boston for Game 5, where the Celtics have gone 4-5 this postseason.

Does Boston truly have a chance to defy the odds and come back in this series? Or will this prove to be nothing more than false hope?

The Celtics live and die by the three-ball, and in Game 4, they were reborn. After shooting a combined 29.2% from beyond the arc in Games 1-3, Boston shot 18-for-45 (40%) from deep on Tuesday night. Miami also shot just 8-for-32 (25%) on threes, its worst mark of the series thus far.

Additionally, Jayson Tatum finally came through with a significant fourth-quarter effort, scoring 11 of Boston’s 28 points in the frame. He finished the game with 33 points, 11 rebounds, and seven assists while shooting 63.6% from the field.

On Miami’s side, Bam Adebayo had what was easily his worst performance of the series, logging 10 points, five rebounds, a steal, and four turnovers. The Heat need their big man to be a dominant two-way force if they’re to advance to the NBA Finals, but he was anything but on Tuesday night.

Game 4 felt like something of an outlier for each team given the stark shooting variance, and while I don’t see the Celtics winning in another blowout effort, they should have enough in them to earn another victory before the series ultimately comes to an end in Miami in Game 6.

The Heat are a playoff-best 11-4 against the spread, and this is a group that plays its best basketball when it has an underdog status attached to it. As eight-point dogs entering Game 5 — and the attention shifting squarely to the Celtics — Miami looks ripe to strike.

Win or lose, the Heat should cover this spread with ease. This team plays smart basketball with genuine tenacity, and I don’t see them rolling over in Game 5, even if their chances of winning are as slim as sportsbooks indicate.
