It's worth noting that he's only missed three games since his rookie season in 2013, and none were due to injury. Interestingly, right when Taylor Swift comes into the picture, Kelce misses his first game due to an injury. Coincidence? I think not!

The Kelce-Swift connection initially made headlines when he shared a story on his podcast about trying to give her a friendship bracelet with his phone number, which she declined.

You can't help but wonder if his Week 1 absence had something to do with his newfound love for podcasting and his recent relationship. It's a classic case of the Super Bowl champion syndrome, where you start feeling invincible and maybe lose sight of what truly matters.

As for back-to-back championships, it's unlikely to be the Chiefs in 2024 if their second-best player and arguably the best tight end in the league remains more engrossed in his love life and podcast than his NFL career.

• Life sucks

HOWEVER, despite going through possibly the worst thing that could have possibly happened, the Jets showed incredible heart. When Rodgers went down, it could have been a moment to give up on the game and maybe even the season. But they didn't. They bounced back and pulled off a tough win against a Super Bowl-aspiring Bills team, showcasing their character. It reveals the essence of this new Jets team and what Robert Saleh and Joe Douglas have cultivated in the locker room—players who are passionate about football and driven to win.

Even though we now have to watch Zach Wilson as QB and the Super Bowl odds have taken a slight hit 🤣, I still have faith in their playoff potential. They've got heart, and that can take you a long way.
