2023 NFL Mock Draft
I have had some trouble with this year’s NFL Draft. Usually you kind of have an idea of where people will land. However, everything seems up in the air at this point, with no one knowing what the Bears are planning to do with their No. 1 overall pick, plus a ton of smoke screens this offseason.
The most accurate mock draft I have seen yet is from our very own Anthony Cervino.

NBA Post-All-Star Push Towards Playoffs
We come out of the NBA All-Star break strong with three very huge matchups: Nuggets vs Cavs, Grizzlies vs 76ers, and Warriors vs Lakers.
Nuggets vs Cavs
During the first half of the season, Denver has established themselves as one of the top teams in the league, while the Cavaliers have secured a playoff spot with Donovan Mitchell leading the way averaging 27.3 points per game this year.
What really stands out to me is the Cavs’ impressive home record of 25 wins and only 6 losses this season. On the flip side, the Nuggets have an away record of 14 wins and 14 losses, which is suprising for a team that has been doing so well this year.
Grizzlies vs 76ers
Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies are scheduled to visit Philadelphia and face Joel Embiid and the 76ers. Both teams have a strong playoff picture within their conference.
At home this season, the Philadelphia 76ers have an impressive record against the spread, currently standing at 21-10. Meanwhile, the visiting Memphis team has struggled on the road, with a record of only 9-18-1 against the spread.
Additionally, with Steven Adams not playing in this game, Joel Embiid will EAT this game and lead the 76ers to a win by a margin of -3.5 points.
Warriors vs Lakers
The Los Angeles Lakers are entering the post-All-Star break schedule with a revamped lineup, and it's a crucial moment for them to prove themselves and secure a playoff spot in the competitive Western Conference.
While Golden State remains in the mix of playoff contenders, they are facing challenges, as star player Stephen Curry is still out due to injury, as well as forward Andrew Wiggins, who is currently dealing with a personal matter. Wiggins is definitely not as big of a name as Steph, but he plays a vital part on this Warriors team.
I like Jordan Poole getting Over 26.5 points. With the absence of Wiggins and Curry, as well as fellow guard Gary Payton Jr. being unavailable, Poole is expected to take charge of the backcourt. Furthermore, the Los Angeles team has been giving up a considerable number of points to opposing guards, ranking 27th in the league for points allowed per game. With the Lakers’ new players still acclimating to defensive rotations on the perimeter, this provides an opportunity for Poole to have a strong offensive performance.
