A quick recap of everything that happened in Week 4, and then we can get into our MNF predictions!
NFL Week 4 Betting Summary:
Overs: 6-8 🔥
Underdogs: 3-11 vs. ML 🐶
Favorites: 9-4-1 ATS 🤑
Bad Beat: Chiefs -7.5 vs. the Jets
Jaguars 23, Falcons 7
Jacksonville: You can always count on a revenge TD. Of course, Calvin Ridley caught one against his former team. 😤
Atlanta: Desmond Ridder should not be in the NFL. Considering the talent on this team, any QB would dramatically improve this offense. 📈
Mack Hollins representing how all falcons fans feel lol

Rams 29, Colts 23
Los Angeles: Puka Nacua adds to his historic rookie start with his first TD coming as a walk-off OT winner. What happens to the rookie when Cooper Kupp returns soon? 👀
Indianapolis: Anthony Richardson scored three TDs to help overcome a 23-0 deficit. 💪

Ravens 28, Browns 3
Baltimore: Lamar Jackson totaled four touchdowns (two rushing) despite missing two of his top receivers and facing the NFL’s hottest defense. This is the offense we are used to seeing from the former MVP. 💨
Cleveland: Dorian Thompson-Robinson’s performance makes Deshaun Watson look like the second coming. 🙏
Vikings 21, Panthers 13
Minnesota: Kirk Cousins’ time with the Vikings is coming to an end. 🎬
Carolina: Bryce Young is clearly holding this offense back. We saw a much better team with Andy Dalton at QB. 😬
Titans 27, Bengals 3
Tennessee: This is a gritty team that can win any game they are in. 🧱
Cincinnati: Maybe the other games weren’t just flukes?! 🤷♂️

Buccaneers 26, Saints 9
Tampa Bay: Baker Mayfield continues to look electric, but losing Mike Evans to a hamstring injury could be trouble.🤕
New Orleans: Fire everyone because this team is too good to play like that. 🚒
Bills 48, Dolphins 20
Buffalo: The Josh Allen-Stefon Diggs connection is better than the Patrick Mahomes-Travis Kelce connection.🥱
Miami: The offense still looked impressive, but two turnovers and four sacks against another potent offense can cost you the game. 🤷♂️
Broncos 31, Bears 28
Denver: This is the Broncos first win under Sean Payton. Can they get something going after this 28-7 comeback?
Chicago: Definitely a step in the right direction for Justin Fields. Is there still hope? 🐻 They currently have the first two picks in the draft.
Oh my god, #Broncos WR Jerry Jeudy cooked former Broncos RB Phillip Lindsay….

Eagles 34, Commanders 31
Philadelphia: Jalen Hurts threw for 319 yards and two touchdowns. This team is well-rounded and challenging to beat, especially with their "tush push" or, as the players call it, the "brotherly shove." 😅
Washington: Sam Howell showed guts and impressed, this team may actually have a future. 🔮
Texans 30, Steelers 6
Houston: C.J. Stroud being the best rookie QB was not on my 2023 bingo card. 😅 Nico Collins is also a STUD.
Pittsburgh: How does Matt Canada have a job in the NFL? 🤔
The Texans win at home for the first time since December, 2021.
CJ Stroud: “That ain’t flying for me.
Stroud says it’s time for Texans fans to walk around with pride.
Stroud on the strong showing of the Steelers fans today: “We sent them home.”

Chargers 24, Raiders 17
Los Angeles: Khalil Mack set a franchise single-game record with six sacks. 😈 Justin Herbert continues to prove his dominance; he deserves a better coach than Brandon Staley.
Arizona: The entire Raiders nation deserves a better coach than Josh McDaniels. Rookie QB Aidan O’Connell was fun to watch. 📈
49ers 35, Cardinals 16
San Francisco: Christian McCaffrey’s putting up video game numbers and, although the MVP is a “QB Driven” award, it’s difficult to overlook CMC this year.
Arizona: The Cardinals and Jonathan Gannon deserve a lot of credit for starting the season as the worst team in the league and now proving to be competitive.
James Conner and Talanoa Hufanga got into a scuffle after the Cardinals-49ers game.

Cowboys 38, Patriots 3
Dallas: This was an easy game for the Cowboys. Their true test is next week against the 49ers.😬
New England: I don’t see the Patriots turning it around anytime soon with Mac Jones under center. It will be interesting to see how much longer Bill Belichick stays as head coach. 😳
Chiefs 23, Jets 20
Kansas City: Maybe all the Taylor Swift drama has gotten to them because, if it wasn’t for some lucky penalty calls, Zach Wilson would have beaten the Super Bowl champs. 🏆
New York: The Jets lost Sunday night, but Zach Wilson played the best game of his career. He bought himself more time as the starting QB.
MNF Predictions: Seahawks vs. Giants 🏈💰📺
Tonight at 8:15 p.m. ET on ABC
Here’s everything you need to know from betting expert, Frank Ammirante.👇
After consecutive weeks with two games, we’re back to normal with one matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and New York Giants on tap for Monday Night Football in Week 4.
Seattle has bounced back nicely following a blowout loss to the Rams in Week 1, taking care of business against the Lions and Panthers. The Giants have two convincing defeats to the Cowboys and 49ers, but this sets up nicely as a spot for them to put forth a better effort while at home.
Here’s a look at our favorite Seattle vs New York betting tips for Monday Night Football.
Seahawks vs Giants
Coming into the season, I viewed the Seahawks as dark horse Super Bowl contenders. My expectations became tempered following an upset loss to the Rams in Week 1, but Geno Smith and company have done a nice job bouncing back with two wins.
Seattle will be getting back safety Jamal Adams for this game, which should strengthen their defense. Meanwhile, the Giants will once again be playing without Saquon Barkley, leaving a limited offense without one of its top playmakers. They’ll also be without starting left tackle Andrew Thomas.
The Seahawks have allowed 10.44 yards per target to tight ends, which ranks 32nd in the NFL, setting up Darren Waller for a strong game.
The Giants have been gashed on the ground, allowing the fourth-most rushing yards in the league.
New York is currently -55 in point differential. Only the Bears are worse in this category.
Seahawks -2.5 (-115) at Giants
I love getting the Seahawks as short favorites because they’re the better team, especially with what we’ve seen from the Giants so far.
The G-Men are only two-point underdogs here because of home-field advantage in a primetime game, but I’m not putting too much stock into that.
Nor am I concerned with the Seahawks traveling from west to east because we’re still early in the year.
What matters more to me here is that Geno Smith is playing at a high level, and the patchwork offensive line is holding down the fort.
I’ll take the Seahawks -2.5 over moneyline because the difference is only 20 cents, and it’s unlikely that Seattle only wins by one or two.
Darren Waller: Over 49.5 Receiving Yards (-125)
Darren Waller has gotten off to a slow start to his Giants’ career, putting up 132 receiving yards in three games.
However, the usage has been promising, as Waller has posted a 20% target share and 72% route participation.
We need the Giants to find some success through the air, which is certainly possible against the Seahawks, who have allowed the second-most passing yards this season.
This is an exploitable matchup for Waller because Seattle has given up 10.44 yards per target to tight ends, which ranks dead last in the NFL.
It also helps that this game projects to be relatively high-scoring, with a listed total of 47.5 points.
There’s a good chance that Waller will be able to fly over this number.
