ICE TRAE CALLED GAME 🧊
GAME WINNING 3 FROM THE LOGO BY TRAE YOUNG 🤯

The full Trae Young experience was on display in the Hawks’ shocking 119-117 Game 5 victory over the Celtics in Boston last night.
Throughout the entire season, I was wondering where the Trae went that KILLED the Knicks in the first round of the playoffs in 2021. The point guard that shushed MSG and still lives rent-free in most Knicks fans’ heads? Apparently, he only shows up when it counts.
He owns the big stage and showed it last night. After Boston led the visiting Hawks by as many as 13 points early in the fourth quarter, Young scored Atlanta’s last 14 points, including the game-winning 30-foot dagger over Jaylen Brown with 2.1 seconds remaining. 🥶
"F*ck Trae Young" chants are taking over TD Garden 😂

Speaking of Trae Young Living Rent-Free in Knicks Fans’ Heads…
It's natural to have a bias toward our favorite sports teams and players, but let's try to keep an open mind here.
Personally, I may not be the biggest fan of the Yankees, but I have to give it up for Aaron Judge. The guy had an incredible season, breaking the AL home run record and earning himself the MVP title. I mean, come on, that's pretty impressive, and no one on this list is anywhere close to those achievements. How could it not be him?
Let me know your opinion.👇

How Dillon Brooks Became The NBA’s New Villain — and What LeBron Had to do With it.
I totally get it, every great story needs a villain, and in my opinion, Dillon Brooks could fit the role perfectly in the NBA right now. Draymond Green is still the ultimate villain, but he may be on his way out. Green might do some trolling from time to time, but he’s talking on his podcast, appearing on Inside the NBA, and chilling with LeBron.
He’s become too likable, so we had to get a new one — and Brooks is perfect. Of course, he may need to take some notes from Green on how to perfect his villainous persona. 🤣
It was clear from the start that this matchup between Brooks and James would be intense, given Brooks' previous antics and trash-talking. We anticipated that he would attempt to get under LeBron's skin in a similar fashion to Lance Stephenson in the 2014 Eastern Conference Finals. 😂
Furthermore, this tension was amplified by the history of bad blood between Brooks and the Lakers, dating back to an earlier game in the season when Shannon Sharpe was on the sidelines. All of these factors contributed to a high-stakes and heated game between the two teams.
Following the Grizzlies' impressive victory over the Lakers in Game 2, Brooks' villain persona was amplified. He had plenty to say about LeBron and the methods he used to provoke the NBA's all-time leading scorer.
Classic Dillon Brooks on his confrontation with LeBron James: “I don’t care. He’s old. … I poke bears. I don’t respect someone until he gives me 40.”
And Brooks had plenty more to say.

This is precisely what fans crave: taking sides, trash-talking, and petty rivalries.
However, since his comments last week and a video of LeBron talking to him before the game, Brooks has been remarkably silent both on and off the floor. He has even gone to the extent of refusing to speak with the media. 😂 It begs the question - what did LeBron say that has seemingly cursed Brooks and the Memphis Grizzlies?
LeBron on Dillon Brooks: "This isn't my first rodeo. I've had this throughout my career with certain individuals. It's easy. It's literally easy. We won tonight, let me not start this. I'm not going to do this." 👑

I finally figured out why Dillon Brooks enrages me more than any athlete in recent sports history

During Game 3, Brooks had a pathetic shooting performance, going 3-for-13 from the field. He was also ejected after hitting LeBron in the groin early in the third quarter, which resulted in a 111-101 loss for the Grizzlies. Brooks declined to speak to the media after the game.
In Game 4 on Monday night, Brooks repeated his underwhelming performance and was the primary defender when LeBron scored a game-sealing and-1 in overtime. Once again, he refused to speak to the media and was quoted as saying, "The media making me a villain, the fans making me a villain."

Now, this is where I start to have a problem with Brooks. If he wants to be a villain, back it the f— up! You win ONE game and start trash-talking against one of the greatest players of all time, but when you're down 3-1, you refuse to speak to the media and even blame it on them when you were the one who created the persona?! COME ON MAN!
You can’t be “HIM” one day and in a identity crisis a few days later.
