The Women’s World Cup is BACK!

USA! USA! USA! 🇺🇸

“Summer is a dry sports calendar season” — I say that’s some BULLSH*T!!

When it comes to betting, the Women's World Cup might just be one of the best-kept secrets in sports! Sure, we all enjoy wagering on popular US sports like baseball, football, and basketball, but that’s where the sportsbooks tend to focus most of their attention. Leaving a financial opportunity while betting on the Women’s World Cup. Analyzing lesser-known betting events, and knowing the teams and players, can have a huge financial benefit.

No worries, we've got your back with all the analyzing stuff. Sit back, relax, and let us handle the nitty-gritty while you enjoy the thrill of winning some cash. It's all about having fun and taking advantage of those sweet betting moments! So, let's start betting on the Women's World Cup!

The 2023 Women’s World Cup will open play today in Aukland, New Zealand.

The United States Women’s National Team will look to defend its crown after winning four of the first eight Women’s World Cups, including the previous two.

I will keep you updated with my favorite bets throughout the week, but here are some quick betting tips to stay on top of.

One of the smart plays I wanted to mention was betting on draws. During the last Women's World Cup in 2019, there were a total of 11 draws throughout the group stage and knockout rounds. When you have two skilled teams facing off in group play, draws can be quite common, making them an intriguing betting option. By carefully analyzing the teams' playing styles, their previous performances, and the tournament's dynamics, you can spot potential draw opportunities that might yield favorable outcomes. So, keep an eye out for those exciting match-ups and consider draws as a strategic betting choice!

US Women to reach semi-finals - they have done it every single World Cup so far and the odds are pretty decent so I am HAMMERING this bet.

If you are a true patriot and really want to support our Women’s team, you can place a bet on them to win the World Cup. They are obviously the favorites, and although I like them for it, I don’t love taking the risk at (+250).

The Open Championship ⛳️

I've been riding this bet in every single golf matchup this year, and let me tell you, it's been a surefire way to make some easy money! Scottie Scheffler's been on fire with seven consecutive top-10 finishes, and he's currently the #1 player in the world. Betting on him for a top-10 finish is practically a no-brainer.

On a more difficult bet to hit, I love Brooks Koepka to win the whole d*mn thing.

If you do not know Koepka very well, he is known for having beef in the golf community. He has publically stated that he has had issues with Bryson Dechambeau and Patrick Cantlay’s slow play.

Koepka was paired with Dechambeau at the 2023 USPGA tournament and people were interested in how the two would golf since they publically didn’t like each other very much. Pretty awkward, right? Not for Koepka. He went on to win the Championship.

Now, Brooks recently called out Cantlay for his slow play during the Masters saying, “Yeah, the group in front of us was brutally slow. Jon [Rahm] went to the bathroom like seven times during the round, and we were still waiting.” Koepka went on to come in second place.

Now, the plot thickens as Koepka is paired with Cantlay at today's Open Championship. Call it motivation or whatever you like, but I believe this beef will ignite the fire within him, and he's going to conquer the Open Championship! So, if you're looking for some real excitement and potential big wins, I say, go all-in on Koepka.

The first half of this list was spot on, but god damn the second half is a bit iffy. Where tf are Trevor Lawrence and Kirk Cousins? I like having Matthew Stafford in there since he is only one year out from a Super Bowl, but I do not get Tua at #8.

Russell Wilson is BACK 👀

Wilson is being underestimated by many after a tough year with the Broncos. However, considering the unusual circumstances they faced and the arrival of their new coach, Sean Peyton, I firmly believe they will bounce back and we'll witness the Seahawks' Wilson we all know and (kind of) love this season.

Having spent a decade sharing a locker room with Wilson in the Seattle Seahawks, former linebacker K.J. Wright has a deep understanding of the QB’s character. Wright recently stated, "I know his makeup. Playing with him all those years, there are not too many people as competitive as Russell Wilson. I know he’s very upset about what he put on film last year. He’s gotta get it right this year. He will get it right. This is a what-have-you-done-for-me-lately business. And Russell understands that."

Last season, former Broncos head coach Nathaniel Hackett and Wilson did not vibe well together. The football gods were not on their side and that was quite evident. With Sean Peyton, I think this Broncos team is seriously underrated.
