"We ain't done yet, so I'll make sure to hit y'all back next year and I hope the crowd's the same. We're back again... Before we started this season, the AFC West said we were rebuilding. I'll be honest with you. I don't know what rebuilding means. In our rebuilding year, we're world champs."
I enjoy witnessing the legacies and narratives that unfold before us, knowing that their stories will endure for years to come. While the legend of Mahomes is only starting, the Kelce brothers' legacies are sadly approaching their conclusion.
However, they have still managed to provide us with an incredibly captivating story that will be remembered for a long time.
Take a minute to watch @JasonKelce and @tkelce talk about how incredible it was to watch their parents in the spotlight this past week.

Golf is Back and Actually Entertaining 🤔
Many of us are likely familiar with the recent drama surrounding the PGA and LIV Golf's power struggle, which injected some excitement into an otherwise dull sport. However, despite recent developments, something has been missing from golf since Tiger Woods lost his touch. When he was at his height, so was the sport. We attempted to discover another Tiger Woods, but as we all know, no one can ever replace the GOAT. The game has shown a lot of progress but was still missing that certain something.
Thankfully, a new Netflix show from the creators of "Formula 1: Drive To Survive" — called “Full Swing” — has arrived, which I believe is just what the sport needs to reignite its popularity. The documentary provides an inside look at the world of golf, just like how Drive to Survive took viewers behind the scenes of F1 ... which, if you haven't seen it yet, I also highly recommend.
This is a smart move by golf, as Formula One's popularity surged thanks to its documentary series. Nielsen data found that 34% of Netflix viewers became F1 racing fans after watching Drive to Survive, and more than 360,000 viewers who didn't watch F1 in the latter part of 2021 began watching in 2022 after viewing the series.
I am confident that Full Swing will surpass these numbers, and who knows, it might even help you with your future golf bets 👀.

Daytona 500 Odds and Predictions
The 65th running of the Daytona 500 will be on Sunday, Feb. 19, at 2:30 p.m. ET at Daytona International Speedway.
Austin Cindric earned his first career NASCAR Cup Series victory in the 2022 Daytona 500, as he edged out Bubba Wallace in overtime. It was the ninth time a driver notched his first career win in the “Great American Race.”
Last season’s Daytona 500 featured 35 lead changes, and only 17 cars finished on the lead lap. Predicting a winner will not be easy due to the number of wrecks (five in the 2022 event) and mishaps we could see.

I Think The NBA Just Gave Up 🤣
We can all agree the NBA All-Star weekend will never return to its former glory. The last time we saw anything interesting was the epic battle between Aaron Gordon and Zach LaVine in the 2016 Dunk Contest. I would love to enjoy this weekend again but in order to do so, the NBA has to make some drastic changes. I am convinced that introducing a 1-on-1 competition to the All-Star weekend challenges would not only attract more viewers worldwide, but also entice star players to participate in the events. This current NBA Dunk Contest lineup is just embarrassing 😭.
Who do you have winning the 3-Point Contest? 🤔 |
