Win on Thanksgiving With These NFL Bets
Plus: Black Friday Football & Holiday Sportsbook Promotions
The first game on the Thanksgiving slate features an NFC North matchup between the Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions in Week 13.
The Bears (4-7) are coming off consecutive close losses to the Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers. The Lions (10-1) are now on a nine-game winning streak.
Here’s an intriguing player prop for this game:
Caleb Williams: Over 221.5 Passing Yards (-115)
Caleb Williams is averaging 39 pass attempts and 285.5 passing yards per game in two games with Thomas Brown as play-caller.
With the Bears as 10.5-point underdogs, it's likely that we're going to see heavy passing volume from Chicago as they play from behind.
Detroit is giving up 242.5 passing yards per game, so we're getting a reasonable bar at 221.5 here.

🏈 Giants vs Cowboys
The middle game of the NFL’s Thanksgiving Day triple-header will see the Dallas Cowboys (4-7) host the New York Giants (2-9) at AT&T Stadium.
The Cowboys have won back-to-back games on the holiday and are riding high after upsetting the Commanders 34-26 in Washington as double-digit underdogs.
Meanwhile, the depths of the Giants’ despair grew even deeper in Sunday’s 30-7 home loss to the Buccaneers, New York’s first game since benching Daniel Jones in favor of Tommy DeVito.
Here’s how you should attack this game:
Cowboys -4 (-110)
I don’t see how anyone can back the Giants coming off Sunday’s no-show, especially at a number this low.
Cooper Rush looked much more comfortable in his third consecutive start, throwing for 247 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Most importantly, he also helped the Cowboys win the turnover battle, something that had killed the team in his prior two starts.
Back Dallas to win this game by at least four points at home.
🏈 NFL TNF
Thursday Night Football features an inter-conference clash on Thanksgiving between the Miami Dolphins and Green Bay Packers in Week 13.
The Dolphins (5-6) have resurrected their season with a three-game winning streak, while the Packers (8-3) have been one of the best teams in the league all year.
We’ve got cold weather in the forecast, which is bad news for the Dolphins. Tua Tagovailoa is 0-7 in games with temperatures at 40 degrees or colder.
Here’s how I’m betting this game:
TNF Pick Against the Spread: Packers -3 (-118) vs Dolphins
I just can't pass up this trend where Tua Tagovailoa struggles in cold weather.
Yes, he's playing at a high level during this three-game winning streak.
But who have the Dolphins beaten exactly? These wins came against the Rams (5-6), Raiders (2-9), and Patriots (3-9).
Green Bay is 8-3 right now, with their losses coming against the Eagles (9-2), Vikings (9-2), and Lions (10-1).
Check out their EPA:
Offense: 7th Pass, 10th Rush
Defense: 8th Pass, 16th Rush
This may be the most underrated team in the NFL right now.

🏈 NFL Black Friday
The Kansas City Chiefs (10-1) will welcome the Las Vegas Raiders (2-9) to Arrowhead on Friday afternoon for the NFL’s second-ever Black Friday game.
This contest will be the second time these AFC West rivals meet this year after Patrick Mahomes threw a pair of touchdown passes to lead Kansas City to a 27-20 victory in Las Vegas on Oct. 27.
Here’s why I think this game will be a bit closer than expected:
Raiders +12.5 (-112)
Of Kansas City’s 10 victories, only one — a 26-13 Week 5 victory over the Saints — would have covered this margin. And for all of their dominance, the Chiefs only have one other victory by double digits on their resume.
Andy Reid’s squad does what it needs to win and gets out of dodge. I see that being the case again on Friday, especially with a more important divisional contest against the Chargers on deck.
I’m taking the points with the Raiders.
